Job Context:

∎ We are looking for individuals for this position who are dynamic intellectual, self-driven, enthusiastic, honest, sincere, and experienced.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sales Operation in assigned territory.
∎ Candidate should be target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Assist Area Sales Manager to implement annual sales plan while dotted line reporting to Head of Sales & Marketing.
∎ Drive new client acquisition while maintaining relationship with existing ones.
∎ Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to increase market share.
∎ Daily basis customer visit for building strong relationship and achieving monthly sales target.
∎ Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects under pressure and on deadline.
∎ Closely monitor and analyze sales, market share trends and competitor activities.
∎ Prepare weekly & monthly reports as required by management and maintain a customer database.
∎ Applicants should have experience in Marketing, B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management.
∎ The candidate should be smart, young, energetic, proactive, result oriented and well-mannered with attractive personality.
∎ Good command over Bangla & English (both written and oral) to correspond with local customers and international buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have good experience in operating of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint Presentations, MS Word etc.), be well versed in all excel spreadsheet related and ERP software knowledge will be an added advantage.
∎ Applicants must have super fast data analyzing and reporting skill and handle multiple projects simultaneously through emails, phones etc.
∎ He must have the ability to work closely and efficiently with all department managers as well as Top management also to resolve conflicts within the scope of responsibility.
∎ Preferably in garments accessories industry.
