∎ Graduation in any discipline.

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Sales Manager, Area Sales Managers, Point leaders, Distributors and Traders to find out market problems and expected solutions.
∎ Submit daily sales report (includes ASM wise target, primary sales, secondary sales & achievement).
∎ Weekly & Monthly sales Report (SR & distributor point wise target, primary sales, secondary sales, achievement & maintain super depot, distributor stock), Find out low performance SR & take action against them.
∎ Monthly/yearly or as required territory wise sales contribution of total national sales, sales position of different territories to management.
∎ Growth analysis- Territory wise monthly, yearly & up date growth analysis. Identify territories that are under de-growth and adequate actions are taken.
∎ Territory wise expenses versus revenue analysis. Identify high expenses territory and reduce cost in those territories.
∎ Maintain field force leave, visit plan & route plan & inform to the concerned authority.
∎ Find out low performance SR & take action against them.
∎ Collect field force attendance & check with salary sheet and submit advice to the finance department .
∎ Collect field force TA/DA bill, check & summarize total bill & submit to the finance department after verification from HR department.
∎ Prepare field force incentive & deduction report as per company policy & submit to finance department.
∎ Collect field force & distributor sales related documents and check CPR ( Call Productivity Rate) & LPC( Line Per Call) and report to Head of Sales.
∎ Visit market and distribution point as required.
∎ Communicate total work procedure & necessary reporting system of sales department to new joiners during induction training in association with HR department.
∎ Maintenance of field force sales related documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Can do attitude.
∎ Ability to work in a team.

Salary: Negotiable
