Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed government/private university of Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer Management, Dealer or Channel Development, Dealer Sales, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Retail Management, retail Sales, Sales Chain shop
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Animal/Plant Breeding, Chain shop, Departmental store, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new customer/distributor.
∎ Keep communication with customer/distributor through physical visit, telephone or emails.
∎ Explain product features, characteristics and quality to customer/distributor.
∎ Achieve assigned sales & collection target (monthly & yearly).
∎ Process customer/distributor order and prepare quotation if required.
∎ Keep record of daily sales and prepare relevant report for line manager.
∎ Run assigned operation as per Company SOP.
∎ Ensure highest level of cooperation through customer service.
∎ Ensure timely product delivery and setting at customer point through distribution.
∎ Others- as per business requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years

∎ Good verbal & written communication.
∎ Good Presentation and customer dealing.
∎ Good Analytical & Team Player.
∎ Proactive, positive attitude, honest and dynamic.

∎ Good computer knowledge on MS office.
