Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation/post-graduation in Agricultural Statistics, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Finance will be get highly preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design surveys initially, identify parameters and sampling of livestock population, market availability and price.
∎ Collect structured and unstructured data; perform data analysis and develop effective statistical model for the supply chain by segment forecasting time series etc.
∎ Keeping track of important livestock based factors, economic and business indicators.
∎ Conduct independent research on issues related to livestock particularly various aspects of livestock population, market availability, price etc.
∎ Physically visit to livestock farms, markets (hat), villages to determine the analytical needs, define key metrics & measure the animal availability to improve the supply performance.
∎ Provide statistical support for ongoing business /supply chain.
∎ Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations & influence for the business direction.
∎ Design & implement dashboard to track key supply chain metrics based on the seasonal sales trends.
∎ Influencing the management on the benefits of predictive analytics and how it could be profitable for the business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong in data analytics.
∎ Fast learner with willing attitude.
∎ Intellectually rigorous, with strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
∎ Ability to work accurately to a high level of detail.
∎ Articulate, excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Adaptable, able to interact and build strong relationship with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
∎ Conversant in birds and animal rearing/farming. Family background with agriculture livelihood is preferred.
∎ Strong negotiation Skill.
∎ Should be hardworking, field oriented and open to work extended hour.
∎ Strong ethical sense to refrain from any kind of temptation.
