Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree from a reputed University
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Lead Auditor Certification Course on ISO 9001:2015
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting background check (Academic Certificate check, Reference check, Integrity Check) of the local & Expatriate candidates according to the SMEC Employee Due Diligence Policy
∎ Prepare Monthly BMS (Business Management System) reporting based on the QMS(Quality Management System) Activities
∎ After receiving training on BMS from applicable authority, need to deliver training on BMS on periodic intervals:
∎ Internal Auditing:
∎ Ensure an internal audit schedule is established and maintained
∎ Conduct or organise others to conduct sufficient internal audits
∎ Ensure audit reports are promptly prepared (including the measurement of performance criteria)
∎ Report audit outcomes to Management
∎ Manage Corrective and Preventive actions
∎ Follow-up audits to ensure negative findings are corrected and improvements are made
∎ Maintain ISO Certification under SMEC Bangladesh Operation and ACE
∎ Assisting BU Head in implementing and monitoring supplier (Operational Support) due diligence and registration requirements
∎ Conduct audits (Internal & Projects) to ensure adherence to standards and providing assistance during external audits as per requirements
∎ Participate in Management Review Meetings and update accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 2-3 years relevant experience in compliance/audit
∎ Knowledge of various compliance and audit standards in Bangladesh
∎ Positive and Pro-active attitude to work
∎ Courteous and business orientated manner when communicating with stakeholders to foster and promote good working relations
