Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure uninterrupted production of quality products in line with daily targets
∎ Monitor production parameters, materials, checklists, and the overall work environment
∎ Enforce and maintain quality control procedures throughout the process
∎ Allocate tasks and manage workflow according to the production schedule
∎ Perform daily ERP operations and maintain accurate production data
∎ Prepare and submit daily production reports to the Shift In-Charge
∎ Identify operational problems and implement appropriate corrective actions
∎ Maintain organized documentation and ensure proper housekeeping practices
∎ Promote a clean and safe workplace by guiding personnel on proper use of equipment and safety protocols
∎ Manage shift operations and supervise production staff effectively
∎ Ensure smooth and clear shift handovers
∎ Track employee attendance and hours worked
∎ Participate in departmental meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Production team in the Jar Formation & Assembly unit. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production operations while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
