Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, prepare and execute new products launching on the basis of market research, competitor analysis, price strategy, above all market demand of the new molecules.
∎ Conduct market analysis to find out the growth trend of market demand of existing and prospective molecules and prepare the proposal for new product launching.
∎ Execute the new product launching plan as advised by the head of PMD.
∎ Plan and execute the promotional campaign activity and achieve target of sales revenue of the assigned product.
∎ Ensure maximizing prescription through doctor visit.
∎ Educate the sales personnel about the product features and strategy of the promotion of product portfolio.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
