Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Executive/ Sr. Executive - Planning & Forecasting @ Pabna
∎ Planning & forecasting of live bird and animal sourcing is a very critical function of Bengal Meat. The person will work closely with market stakeholders, analyze data & plan forecasting for procurement in an innovative framework. Successful individual enjoys faster career growth.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with different district, Farms, cattle/Goat markets, Poultry farms, Villages to determine the analytical needs, define key metrics & measure the animal availability to improve the supply performance.
∎ Using structured and unstructured data; perform data analysis and develop effective statistical model for the supply chain by segment forecasting time series etc.
∎ Provide statistical support for ongoing business /procurement.
∎ Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations & influence for the business direction.
∎ Design & implement dashboard to track key supply chain metrics based on the seasonal sales trends.
∎ Influencing the management on the benefits of predictive analytics and how it could be profitable for the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong in data analytics
∎ Fast learner with willing attitude.
∎ Intellectually rigorous, with strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
∎ Ability to work accurately to a high level of detail
∎ Articulate, excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Adaptable, able to interact and build strong relationship with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
∎ Conversant in birds and animal rearing/farming. Family background with agriculture livelihood is preferred.
∎ Strong negotiation Skill.
∎ Should be hardworking, field oriented and open to work extended hour
∎ Strong ethical sense to refrain from any kind of temptation.
