∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR, Payroll
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deep Knowledge and Understanding on Factory Payroll System.
∎ Responsible on Attendance Management, Payroll Reporting, Monthly Salary Process & Management.
∎ Perform day to day Payroll Activities.
∎ Assist in recruitment & selection process in terms of technical assessment, interview, age verification, background verification, updating recruitment database and workers' on-boarding formalities.
∎ Attendance Data Download & Process from Attendance Readers.
∎ Daily Attendance Process for Factory.
∎ Prepare Different Attendance Related Reports and Email to the Related Departments.
∎ Prepare Various Daily, Weekly or Monthly Reports (Headcount, Manpower Movement, Working Hour, Line Transfer, Incentive, Tiffin Order Sheet, Night Shift Report, etc).
∎ Up to date Employees Leave Information in the System Accordingly (Sick, Casual, Maternity, Annual, etc).
∎ Updating & generating various reports on leave, attendance and absenteeism.
∎ Responsible to Keep the Payroll System Always Up to Date.
∎ To ensure adherence to all HR Policies and procedure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Should have knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Labor rules 2015
∎ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
∎ Self- Motivated toward career growth and learning.
∎ Dynamic, Motivate, Energetic, Pro-Active.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
