Responsibilities & Context:
JOB SUMMARY: The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position is responsible for the installation, commissioning. maintenance, and troubleshooting of products, along with providing user training. It also requires close collaboration with sales and service teams to achieve targets, generate demand through marketing activities, and expand business opportunities. The incumbent will collect competitor insights, ensure timely payment realization, and contribute to team eorts by carrying out assigned tasks from supervisors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain regular and eective communication with key personnel in hospitals, clinics, and government/ semi-government healthcare institutions to ensure proper follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service repairs of designated products, along with providing user application training.
- Ability to collaborate with sales and after-sales service to achieve individual targets.
- Collect and report competitor information from the market to the supervisor for strategic business p planning.
- Continuously develop business skills and explore new markets to expand sales opportunities.
- Generate demand through professional marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate eectively within the team and carry out any additional tasks assigned by the department head or immediate supervisor.
- Ensure timely collection and realization of payments
