Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations to execute orders.
∎ Coordinate to prepare development samples and costing sheets.
∎ Understand and follow up customer procedures with the factory to fulfill buyer requirement.
∎ Communicate with suppliers to finalize raw materials, to confirm booking and delivery. Source materials with good quality and competitive price.
∎ Book trims and accessories for initial and repeat orders and agree delivery dates with suppliers. Follow-up on all approval process - fabric, trim, wash etc.
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities like raw material in house and consumption status, pre-production sample development, final costing and production tracking.
∎ Coordinate order placement process.
∎ Frequent interact with the internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Expertise in sampling & bulk production through ERP system.
∎ Update critical Status to Buyers as well as concerned Management on regular basis.
∎ Need to take leadership and ownership of order handling from the time of order confirmation to until shipment.
∎ Monitor the production flow on regular basis to ensure proper executions align with the production planning.
∎ Prepare cost sheet for each order/product, to review production tech-pack, identify the new materials, clarify the discrepancies and arrange the standards for each key accounts as per requirements.
∎ Coordinate with buying office and handle buying QC.
∎ Make file for each style and ensure to keep record of all required information in the file.
∎ Attend weekly QA meeting to follow-up the quality and production status.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

∎ Hands on experience in merchandising roles / Production and engineering knowledge
∎ Experience and knowledge of enterprise resource planning
∎ Should have experience to dealt with H&M orders
∎ Must have capability of all sorts' production follow-up.
