Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical, Power & Electronics Technology or B.Sc in EEE/ME
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong knowledge & experience on Sales & Marketing of Sub-station, BBT, MDB, DB, LBS, VCB, Change over, transformers & all products of power solution.
∎ Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
∎ Capable to provide solution of Sales and Project execution of low and medium voltage substation equipment such as, Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), Transformer, HT & LT Switchgear Panels, PFI Plants, Motor Control Centre (MCC), HT Metering Panel, Control and Protection Panel, CT & PT, Diesel Generators, LPS, etc. at Commercial, Industrial, Real estate and service sectors.
∎ Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goal
∎ Responsible for prospecting, planning, making sales presentation, conducting customer consultancy, preparing price quotations, ensure delivery and payment collection, and handling objection.
∎ Visit customers regularly to develop relationships to facilitate the expansion of the company's trading portfolio throughout the market.
∎ Doing regular meetings with clients and finalized deals.
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
∎ The candidate must be target-oriented and work under the managing director.
∎ Collaborate with other managers and key employees in the sales and marketing department to achieve important goals
∎ Provide information or express about product's capability and provide details to clients that how this product will complete their needs.
∎ Recording Client information in a systematic way as per company rules.
∎ Pre-sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of the sales contract.
∎ Identify target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Education doesn't matter if you are professionally skilled
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical Skill, client handling, Communication skills, Customer Support through Phone-Email, Electrical Substation, Strategic Management
∎ Strong communication skills (both in English & Bangla).
∎ Analytical skills and leadership capability.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Must be able to operate a computer (MS Word/ MS Excel/ Power Point).
