∎ Managing the supply base: This involves identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers who can meet the firm's needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
∎ Optimizing inventory management: This ensures that the right materials are available at the right time, minimizing storage costs and preventing shortages.
∎ Financial forecasting: This involves predicting procurement costs and managing the budget to ensure projects stay within the allocated resources.
∎ Overseeing the entire procurement process: From initial need identification to contract closure and commissioning.

We supply, installation, testing, commissioning as Trunkey basis Sub Station, Busbar Trunkey System (BBT), Generator, LPS & Solar system. We are also capable for design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning of LV & MV electrical system.
