Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

BPEL is a substation manufacturer company since 2007. We have own manufacturing plant at Tongi, Gazipur. We supply, installation, testing, commissioning as Trunkey basis Sub Station, Busbar Trunkey System (BBT), Generator, LPS & Solar system. We are also capable for design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning of LV & MV electrical system.

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Strong knowledge & experience on Sales & Marketing of Sub-station, BBT, MDB, DB, LBS, VCB, Change over, transformers & all products of power solution.
  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Responsible for prospecting, planning, making sales presentation, conducting customer consultancy, preparing price quotations, ensure delivery and payment collection, and handling objection.
  • Visit customers regularly to develop relationships to facilitate the expansion of the company's trading portfolio throughout the market.
  • Doing regular meetings with clients and finalized deals.
  • Searching sales query and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • The candidate must be target-oriented and work under the managing director.
  • Collaborate with other managers and key employees in the sales and marketing department to achieve important goals
  • Provide information or express about product's capability and provide details to clients that how this product will complete their needs.
  • Recording client information in a systematic way as per company rules.
  • Pre-sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of the sales contract.
  • Identify target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
  • Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
