Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning in Refrigeration
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, MS Office Applications, Reporting and Documentation, Supervising
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cooling, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of Maintenance Work
∎ •Prepare a preventive maintenance schedule and execute preventive maintenance, in coordination with production, for all equipment, technical fittings, chiller, freezers, utility and production machineries of the plant
∎ •Conduct daily pre-production routine check to ensure operational readiness of all production and associate machineries in the production floor
∎ •Supervise breakdown maintenance of machineries and equipment in the plant
∎ •Ensure operation readiness of all refrigeration system in the cold chain so that required temperature can be maintained.
∎ •Analyze maintenance expenditure for each machinery & equipment and recommend major repair or replacement as required
∎ Supervision and Reporting
∎ •Supervise the work and performance of the other maintenance staff and also maintain discipline within the team
∎ •Train employees of the maintenance department on ISO, HACCP, GMP etc
∎ •Implement workplace safety policies and standards
∎ •Prepare periodic report on cooling system KPIs and machinery breakdown hours
∎ •Prepare and update necessary records and documents to comply with ISO requirements
∎ •Keep record of work related injuries
