Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering/IT.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and other IT appliance.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to Mikrotik, Switch, Routers, PC, Laptop, access point units, UPS related Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Solid understanding of server operating systems including Linux and Windows servers, application servers and relational database servers.
∎ Maintain inventory for all hardware and software assets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import
∎ Certification on CCNA in preferable.
∎ Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Coral Draw, Web Development: Basic Knowledge in HTML,PHP, etc. will add advantage.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
