Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and prospect potential clients, developing new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and lead generation.
∎ Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
∎ Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
∎ Regularly track and report on sales performance, making adjustments to strategies as necessary to ensure targets are achieved.
∎ Follow and adhere to the company’s sales process, policies, and mechanisms to ensure professionalism and integrity in all dealings.
∎ Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities, client information, and deals in the company’s CRM system.
∎ Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve collective sales goals and deliver excellent client service.
∎ Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing best practices and learning from others to maximize performance.
∎ Context: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition and sales, with the ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. You will be responsible for hunting new clients, driving sales, and ensuring that all activities are conducted with the utmost professionalism and integrity. You will also work closely with other team members to create synergies and achieve collective goals.
