• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• B.S.C in Textile/ Graduation in any discipline

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Time study & motion study. 
• Universal color block implement.
• Optimize WIP (work in process) & Reduce wastage.
• Efficiency calculation & optimize excess manpower.
• Batch wise production monitoring & achieve the target.
• Methods developments & analysis as aside of quality & quantity.
• Nonproductive time (Loss Time) record and reduce by root Couse analysis.
• Improving productivity through a detailed analysis of the process by process.

• Make the machine layout along with right manpower and attachment.
• Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
• Time study, capacity study and follow up study of the running style and take appointment measures.
• Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and Costing.
• Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
• Non-productive time calculation.
• Report to the superiors.
• Coordinate with Planning team, maintenance, Sample team, Merchandising team and Production team & related job.
• Develop processes to resolve production problems and minimize the production cost.
• Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity& efficiency.
• Identify best performers and award incentive to deserving workers.
• Any others task assigned by management
