Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
∎ To work for transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
∎ Maintain personal file, Final settlement, Disciplinary Proceedings with any other HR-related activities.
∎ Coordinate employee recruitment & selection process
∎ Review, modify or develop Job Description as per requirement of the organization.
∎ Prepare a CV Bank for all available positions in the organization and keep it always updated.
∎ Maintain and monitor attendance through automated system (biometric/swiping cards) and HRIS for processing compensation and benefit for employees.
∎ Various reports on HR & Administrative tasks.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the HOD/Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient with MS Office, HRIS, etc.
∎ Good knowledge of labor law and HR functions
∎ Can-do attitude & timely delivery of assignments
∎ Work under pressure.
∎ Solid communication skills
∎ Any other activities assigned by the HOD/Management.
