∎ Tertiary, Degree in related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the implementation of the Organization Sustainability program, including strategic plan, performance metrics, ownership principles, sustainability design criteria, and annual work plans; provides direction to various departments on advancing the Sustainability Initiative
∎ Execute works effectively in matrixes management organizational model.
∎ Oversee existing programs and activities and develops new and innovative ones for organizational sustainability.
∎ Assess feasibility and cost effectiveness of sustainable strategies
∎ Execute the Organization ISO 14001-certified program
∎ Carry out research on emerging green standards and technologies and assesses feasibility of implementation at the Organization.
∎ Work with HR, Finance, Production Planning, Material Management, Sales and Distribution and other operational staff to implement innovative and best practices in sustainability and develop the Organizational strategy accordingly.
∎ Monitor legislative and regulatory developments related to Organizational change and sustainability; participates in stakeholder and networking groups
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An in-depth knowledge on standard compliance and Organizational Sustainability.
∎ Knowledge on compliance audit and Knowledge on labour law.
