Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ PGD & HRMC will be an added advantage.
∎ IBA, Dhaka University,North South University,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Excelent computer skill, highly proactive, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Microsoft Office Applications, Strong knowledge on HR Operations Business Communication

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Employee Engagements, HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection, Work Experience in ERP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure & maintain all employee files and data recorded with all related papers updated. Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Assist and Perform in the process of Job Advertising, Posting on different platforms, Screening CV's and sorting as per requirement.
∎ Arranging interview sessions, and assisting on selection, appointment and on boarding process.
∎ Maintain policy guidelines by adhering, communicating and recommending human resource policies and procedures to employees.
∎ Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ To maintain existing employee lists and update & maintain employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month.
∎ Assist on establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization.
∎ Prepare & issue office notes, memo, office orders, letter & circulars in respect of HR issues.
∎ Co-ordinate with the functional heads for appropriate application of the HR automation system.
∎ Ensure accurateness & development of required HR information database.
∎ Handling and assisting on different disciplinary actions i.e., inquiry, warning, termination, dismissal, transfer, promotions etc.
∎ Maintain and submit reports, documents related to human resources development issues. Identify & ensure to organize awareness or development training as per requirement.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very Good understanding of Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 & Amendments.
∎ Excellent Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Visio & Excel)
∎ Experience with latest information technologies and best practices
∎ Proactive, Good team player, well-organized and detail-oriented

Salary: Negotiable
