Education:
    • Bachelor degree in any discipline
    • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in HRM or Management).

  • PGDHRM or equivalent professional HR training will be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee and manage all HR and administrative functions at the factory level to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company and labor law standards.

  • Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leave, payroll inputs and personnel files.

  • Support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for factory employees and staff.

  • Conduct orientation, training and development programs to enhance workforce efficiency and compliance awareness.

  • Monitor and ensure factory discipline, grievance handling, and employee welfare activities.

  • Liaise with production, quality, and supply chain departments to coordinate HR support for operational needs.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006 (amended 2018) and relevant labor regulations.

  • Manage administrative support functions such as security, housekeeping, canteen and transport facilities.

  • Prepare and submit various HR and administrative reports to senior management on time.

  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork across all factory departments.

  • Handle industrial relations and maintain effective communication with workers and trade union representatives.

  • Coordinate with local government offices, law enforcement, and other external agencies as required.

  • Assist in implementing safety, hygiene, and compliance programs as per Food & Beverage industry standards.

  • Support management in continuous improvement initiatives related to manpower productivity, cost efficiency and employee engagement.
