Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in HRM or Management).
PGDHRM or equivalent professional HR training will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle factory-level HR challenges.
Computer literacy (MS Office, HRIS/ERP).
Oversee and manage all HR and administrative functions at the factory level to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company and labor law standards.
Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leave, payroll inputs and personnel files.
Support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for factory employees and staff.
Conduct orientation, training and development programs to enhance workforce efficiency and compliance awareness.
Monitor and ensure factory discipline, grievance handling, and employee welfare activities.
Liaise with production, quality, and supply chain departments to coordinate HR support for operational needs.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006 (amended 2018) and relevant labor regulations.
Manage administrative support functions such as security, housekeeping, canteen and transport facilities.
Prepare and submit various HR and administrative reports to senior management on time.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork across all factory departments.
Handle industrial relations and maintain effective communication with workers and trade union representatives.
Coordinate with local government offices, law enforcement, and other external agencies as required.
Assist in implementing safety, hygiene, and compliance programs as per Food & Beverage industry standards.
Support management in continuous improvement initiatives related to manpower productivity, cost efficiency and employee engagement.
