Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring finishing and packing process to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Organizing buyer inspections and coordinate with merchandisers to ensuring full shipment.
∎ Ensure the buyer standards and quality in Finishing/ Packing.
∎ Having strong Finishing/ Packing knowledge and leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Prepared regular reports of Finishing/ Packing.
∎ Monitor Finishing/ Packing employees activities.
∎ Do the necessary actions to minimize absenteeism and labor turnover.
∎ Work closely with the merchandising team and get the required materials and accessories on time.
∎ Coordinate people to prepare goods for on time shipment.
∎ Arrange all the necessary packing materials, man power and the machineries well before starting the new style.
∎ Developed and implement efficient production processes.
∎ Maintain the daily as well as monthly shipment schedule which is given by HOD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
