Responsibilities & Context:
Possess excellent knowledge of reservation and ticketing systems, with a preference for experience in GDSs such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
Issue, re-issue, refund, and manage flight tickets while adhering to booking policies.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding travel reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns via phone, email, or chat.
Provide customers with accurate travel information, including flight schedules, airline policies, baggage allowance, and visa requirements.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients for future business opportunities.
Demonstrated experience in web-based airline reservation systems.
Maintain relationships with airlines and ticket agents, and keep updated with airport information on entrance, departure, and related matters.
Continuously monitor ticket statuses.
Handle corporate client communications through various channels, including email.
Manage incoming emails and correspond with local and international vendors.
