Job Summary:
The Electro-Mechanical Engineer (PMO/PMC) will be responsible for planning, coordination, monitoring, and technical governance of electro-mechanical works across projects and factories. The role supports project controls, compliance, quality assurance, and coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders from the Head Office.

Other Internal Contacts: All concerned departments of the company.
External Contacts: Consultants, Vendor, Govt and regulatory authorities.
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Travel: As and when officially assigned.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor civil and structural project activities from Head Office under the PMO / PMC framework, ensuring compliance with approved scope, schedule, and standards.
Review civil designs, structural drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical submittals for compliance with codes, specifications, and company standards.
Monitor site execution progress through reports, site inspections, and coordination meetings; identify risks, delays, quality issues, and deviations for management action.
Ensure compliance with RSC/Building Safety Audit, BNBC, and statutory requirements, including proper documentation and records.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of civil and infrastructure works.
Review quality control plans, test results, and inspection records related to concrete, steel, foundations, and finishing works.
Verify and recommend contractors’ and suppliers’ bills related to civil works as per approved PO/WO, BOQ, and progress status.
Support standardization of civil construction practices, specifications, and quality benchmarks across factories and projects.
Ensure implementation of site safety practices related to civil works, including excavation, formwork, scaffolding, lifting, and working-at-height controls.
Review and coordinate changes in drawings and specifications with consultants and contractors, subject to management approval.
Support maintenance planning and assessment of existing factory buildings, structures, and civil infrastructure.
Prepare technical reports, progress summaries, dashboards, and management updates as required under the PMO reporting structure.
