• Strong knowledge of factory machinery, utilities, boilers, compressors, and preventive maintenance.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently.

Hashem Foods Limited is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager – Mechanical Engineering to lead factory mechanical maintenance and engineering operations in the Food & Beverage manufacturing unit.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical operations, maintenance, and utilities management in FMCG production plants.

• Ensure smooth functioning of machinery and reduce downtime through effective preventive maintenance.

• Drive factory engineering projects, including installation and commissioning of new lines.

• Lead and develop the mechanical team with proper guidance, training, and performance management.

• Implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
