• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age At most 30 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Construction/ Real Estate Companies, specially construction of Pharmaceutical plant.

• Well conversant with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project.

• Quick decision-making capability

• Proactive, smart and positive attitude

• Sincere & honest

• Good communication skill in Bangla & English.

• Problem solving mindset.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

  Construction/ Real Estate Companies, specially construction of Pharmaceutical plant.

• Well conversant with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project.

• Develop & monitor project plan, schedules, estimate and costing.

• Supervise day to day site operations for large-scale infrastructure works including civil, structural and activities.

• Ensure construction progress aligns with the approved schedule, drawings and specifications.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, BOQ and maintain material logs.

• Monitor quality control, safety compliance and environmental standard across all work forces.

• Lead site meetings, workflow planning and subcontract coordination.
