Responsibilities & Context:
Note: This is a night shift position. Applicants unwilling to work at night should not apply.
Experience with Sabre or Amadeus systems will be highly preferred.
Handle airline ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
Communicate effectively with airlines, GDS systems, and clients to ensure accurate and timely service.
Prepare and manage reports, documents, and correspondence using MS Office.
Provide professional customer service and resolve client queries related to travel and ticketing.
Ensure accuracy in fare calculation, itinerary preparation, and booking confirmations.
Work smartly under pressure and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Perform assigned tasks during night shift with responsibility and dedication.
