Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan and manage customer relationship activities and ensure their satisfaction at an optimum level.

  • Build and maintain profitable and sustainable relationships with key clients.

  • Understand key clients` individual needs and coordinate to implement as appropriate.

  • Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the existing client relationship team.

  • Liaise with the design, construction, and structural team to implement the requirements of the clients.

  • Coordinate with the concerned department to modify drawing of the project as per the preference of the clients.

  • Remind customers and issue letters for irregular payments and dues.

  • Maintain monthly recovery report regarding irregular/long pending clients.
