Executive / Sr. Executive - Cost & Budget

BBA / MBA from any reputed University with CMA or Final level student of ICMAB will be preferred

Analyze facility-wise production capacity and utilization across cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and shipment operations.

Conduct process-wise and product-wise production analysis to monitor output, efficiency, and performance against established targets.

Prepare and analyze delivery, shipment, and sales reports to monitor order fulfillment and identify potential delays or operational gaps.

Monitor fabric, trims, accessories, and other material issuance and consumption against approved standards and actual production requirements.

Analyze material wastage, rejection, and consumption variances throughout the manufacturing process and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Evaluate the impact of overtime expenses on production costs and finished garment unit costs.

Analyze shift-wise manpower productivity, working hours, and labor cost across different production processes to identify opportunities for improving workforce utilization.

Prepare and review daily production performance reports covering cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and shipment, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions.

Review and analyze purchase requisitions for dyes and chemicals, where applicable, in coordination with relevant departments to assess cost implications and consumption requirements.

Conduct order-wise post-costing after order completion to compare actual costs against approved pre-order costs and identify significant cost variances.

Validate pre-order costing for outside orders by reviewing material, labor, processing, and other relevant cost components to ensure accuracy and cost competitiveness.

Monitor order-wise manufacturing costs, including fabric, trims and accessories, direct labor, processing, overheads, and other relevant expenses.

Assist in preparing the Management Operating Data (MOD) report by collecting, consolidating, and validating production, productivity, cost, and operational data.

Support budget preparation, expense monitoring, and budget-versus-actual analysis to ensure effective cost control across garment operations.

Coordinate with Production, Industrial Engineering (IE), Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Store, and other relevant departments to collect and validate operational and cost-related information.

Identify cost-saving opportunities, process inefficiencies, and resource wastage through data analysis and recommend practical improvement initiatives.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of cost reports, production analyses, and management information to support business planning and decision-making.

Perform other cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting activities as assigned by the management.
