∎ Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is looking for an Executive, Corporate Sales to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and key partners to drive revenue and market expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and target corporate clients.
∎ Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Bio-Xin products.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional strategies.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitors to stay informed and adapt strategies as necessary.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the cosmetics or skincare industry.
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for skincare and beauty products.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
