Communication, Computer skill, Industrial & Production Engineering, Production planning, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for details cross functional process mapping.
∎ Responsible for capturing data on various check-points within process.
∎ Responsible for different types of data analysis of RMG Industry.
∎ Responsible for determining wasteful activity within current process.
∎ Responsible for process simplification of RMG flow chart.
∎ Responsible for conducting root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing & assembly issues, material flow, production capacity, facility design and create process documentation.
∎ Carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility.
∎ Drive value stream mapping to define "As-Is Analysis".
∎ To identify and deliver productivity improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.
∎ To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ The incumbents must have at least 06 months working experiences in Industrial Production Engineering Dept. or Supply Chain Dept. of Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills.
∎ Training in Lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen facilitation.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
∎ Ability to work with influencing others in a fast paced environment.
