Job Summary:
Will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and increase brand awareness. The role also involves driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting promotional campaigns across all channels.
Brand & Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, and trade).
Support brand communication, product launches, and promotional events.
Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Manage social media pages, monitor engagement, and support content planning.
Conduct market research and consumer insight studies to guide product positioning and promotional strategies.
Prepare marketing reports, campaign analyses, and performance summaries.
Conduct market visits, merchandising audits, and ensure proper visibility of products in stores.
Negotiate pricing, offers, and promotional deals with trade partners to maximize profitability
Sales Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers by the support of sales team.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop competitive strategies.
