Job Responsibilities:
∎ Transport Management:
∎ Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
∎ Fuel, GAS and LPG controlling, Checking and bill processing
∎ Logbook Checking and Signing
∎ Pick and drop Route scheduling, communicating with passengers and fix the priority
∎ Workshop and Spare parts shop selection, Vendor Selection, MOU sign etc.
∎ Vehicle rent negotiation, Vehicle Tracking system monitoring, Cash purchasing,
∎ Workshop with drivers and Vehicle
∎ BRTA and Traffic circle communication regarding various issues.
∎ Over time checking and bill processing to accounts
∎ Office Maintenance:
∎ Air conditioners, Fans, Lights, Oven, Refrigerators, Printers, Laptop, repair and Maintenance
∎ Plumbing work, Carpenter work and small civil works, repair, Maintenance
∎ Office furniture and asset maintenance
∎ All other maintenance in office and out of office
∎ Office and Site Rent, Renewal, Access and Documentation:
∎ Office space & Site acquisition. Rent Agreement process and time to time renewal.
∎ Rent space and site. Communication and negotiation with landlord.
∎ Maintenances rented house. Ensure All pop's and site's Access/Entrance
∎ All pops and rent space electricity bill and rent processing and submit to accounts
∎ Work with Technical team for ensuring the infrastructure development.
∎ General Function of Administration:
∎ Asset tagging management and update the asset management register periodically.
∎ Visa Air Ticket and Tours and Travel. Bill voucher Check and process
∎ Maintain Petty Cash and All kind of bill voucher processing and submitting to accounts
∎ Mobile bill check and Process
∎ Follow up daily cleaning and hygiene of office day to day
∎ New employee sitting arrangement and keeping basic information.
∎ Release employee's necessary tings take over and process release documents
∎ Monitoring security Guard and ultimate security of the Office
∎ Office Assistant duty schedule and monitoring day to day
∎ Labor functions, goods loading unloading, wear house goods moving etc.
∎ Admin related procurement, quotation collection, Negotiation, PO/WO, product received, bill process.
∎ Press and Printing job
∎ Admin related all work have to do smoothly and timely manner.
∎ Ensuring logistics, stationeries, equipment for office and staff.
∎ Participate in the formulation of the company's administrative policies.
