  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

  • Ability to maintain confidential financial information.

  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:

Fakir Apparels Ltd. is looking for a competent professional to maintain complete Provident Fund (PF) accounts, ensure statutory compliance, prepare accurate reports for the Board of Trustees, and support all PF-related financial operations and audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain full and accurate accounts of Provident Fund (PF) as per company policy and statutory requirements.

  • Post all receipts and payments related to PF accounts in accounting software.

  • Maintain and update all tax-related entries associated with Provident Fund accounts.

  • Calculate and record monthly PF expenses accurately.

  • Calculate and post monthly interest credited to PF member accounts.

  • Prepare monthly PF reports and submit them to the Board of Trustees on time.

  • Receive cheques from the Board of Trustees and disburse payments to eligible employees as per PF rules.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain all PF-related documents, records, and reports.

  • Prepare periodic PF financial statements maintaining full accuracy and records.

  • Assist external auditors during annual PF audit and ensure required documents are provided.

  • Ensure proper compliance with Provident Fund rules, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HoD).
