Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Executive/ Sr. Executive - Accessories Procurement responsible for oversee and manage the procurement process of accessories (Thread, Zipper, Button, Rivet, Stopper, Label -Main label -Size label -Care label, Hook & Loop, Hanger, Hangtag, Polybag & Iron seal etc.)specifically related to denim garments will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely availability of high-quality accessories required for the production of denim garments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, developing, managing, maintain good relationship with the potential vendors/ suppliers.
  • Analysis the best products and suppliers towards of best price, timely delivery.
  • Coordination in between vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, inter departments.
  • Maintain record for tracking and reporting of key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
  • Always update of market price and trends to identify changes of buyer-supplier's moods.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and create alternative pool.
  • Monitor the availability of stocked raw materials and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
  • Visit to the factory for timely follow-up in-house material requirements.
  • Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
  • Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as merchandising, finance & accounts, commercial, production, store, quality assurance etc.
