Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing), Quality Controller/ Assurance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience on Cutting/Sewing/Finishing/QA/IE department's activities.
∎ Optimum utilization of manpower and hourly, daily & monthly target follow up.
∎ Order quantity completion as per PO, style and color wise.
∎ Minimize wastage in terms of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ Should have experience on IE concept i.e. SMV, Efficiency etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must need experience on reputed garments.
∎ Should have knowledge on garments manufacturing process, 5S & lean management
∎ Good analytical skills and problem solving ability with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Self motivated & responsible.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
