∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, Good communication skills, Good knowledge of supply chain, Negotiation Skills, Self Driven Attitude

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand SAP and system requirements to enhance capabilities at MAS Intimates and with their supply base by generating reports as per business requirement on a timely manner to support the decision-making process of leadership.
∎ Generate and prepare RM spend analysis reports by supplier/customer periodically.
∎ Coordinate with MAS Central team on cost saving projects and provide necessary RM related information relevant to Intimates.
∎ Identify and maintain accurate MM Records for all nontechnical RM categories which follow the RFP process to generate negotiated savings.
∎ Initiate Material Master cleansing via MAS Central teams and conduct periodic system price checks and validations.
∎ Participate in the RFP process and supplier negotiation rounds with the central procurement team.
∎ Organize supplier reviews periodically and support to implement MOS with SBUs.
∎ Maintain and develop effective working relationships and on-going communications with suppliers, internal customers and business units.
∎ Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following, group/company polices & procedures*, best practices (where the group/company policies and procedures are not defined), relevant laws & regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework.
∎ Perform additional duties/Projects commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
