Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
∎ Create compelling and creative content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube.
∎ Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and reviews.
∎ Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Engage with online communities, influencers, and customers to build brand loyalty and drive customer acquisition.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
∎ Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
∎ Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Detail-oriented and highly organized.
∎ Familiarity with current trends and best practices in content marketing.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
