Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the IE Manager in monitoring & controlling IE and planning related activities of 100% export oriented Garments Factory.
∎ Determine production capacity and prepare schedule of production lines.
∎ Design & layout of man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ Find out root cause of production problems; perform time study and method study to improve efficiency, quality and product reliability.
∎ Test the skill and recruit operator as per policy.
∎ Piece rate justification by GSD.
∎ Using different types of Tools and Technique to improve productivity and efficiency (Time study, Motion study, Lean, 5S, KAIZEN, JIT, Kanban, Six Sigma).
∎ Closely monitoring and making report daily basis (Hourly production, 5S, Efficiency, WIP, Input Output ratio)
∎ Reduce COT (Change Over time) during style/layout change.
∎ Arrange training of operator and staff and making skill matrix report of operator.
∎ Evaluation of existing production target and set a new production target.
∎ Calculate and prepare Man Machine ratio.
∎ Calculate Non-Productive time (NPT) daily basis and reduce it.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.

∎ Generate different reports as or when required with correct information and maximum efficiency.
∎ Consistently following the policy and guideline of organization, auditor and buyer in each activity, task and practices of the Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong physical and mental strength to work in a target oriented, busy and under-pressure work environment.
∎ Standard communication skill in both Bangla and English.
