∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Having Diploma in Automobiles will get preference.
∎ Experience in outlets/showrooms/stores/chain shops from Motors/Electric Vehicle Company is preferred.
∎ Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Pleasant personality, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
∎ Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
∎ Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Internet).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets (volume and revenue)·
∎ Demonstrate sound product knowledge to support customers effectively.
∎ Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products·
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
∎ Maintain attractive and organized product displays·
∎ Ensure a clean, welcoming, and visually appealing outlet environment
∎ Record daily sales activities and maintain logs·
∎ Prepare and submit regular summary reports (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
∎ Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
∎ Share insights with relevant departments regarding customer behavior and market trends.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety protocols·
∎ Assist in managing team conduct and follow disciplinary procedures as required.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the management
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives
∎ Maintain Shop, Handle Customer smartly & Establish Friendly Atmosphere.
