Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, Tender bidding, Tender Documents Preparation etc., Tender Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Steel, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Context:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for Tender Activities by actively participating in various tender related works of the department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participating in e-GP review Panel with previous track records.
∎ Attending e-GP contract signing processes.
∎ Participating & completing partner in deeds successfully.
∎ Participating in Govt. Tenders.
∎ Participating in all types of tenders. E.G: OTM,-Two Envelop, One Envelop, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
∎ Carrying out site survey of tenders to gather sufficient information from clients, futuristic, advantages/disadvantages of tender sites which might not be covered in tenders.
∎ Attending pre-bid meetings & techno commercial meeting with clients by collaborating top managements.
∎ Completing the Tender Billing process.
∎ Following up delivery & Stock entry.
∎ Following up test procedure from BUET, RUET & other's institution.
∎ Contributing in cost & price evaluation e.g. BOQ/Estimate etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge in Bank interests rate.
∎ In depth knowledge about BG/PG, L/C, VAT & tax.
∎ Knowledge about Non-Responsive Evaluation Criteria of a tender.
∎ Experience in e-GP Mandatory Qualification Criterion
∎ MS Office
