Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, and VLANs.
∎ Familiarity with Routing Protocols such as Static Routing, OSPF, and BGP.
∎ Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving network issues.
∎ Ability to design and maintain detailed diagrams, layouts, and documentation.
∎ Configure and maintain network equipment including Cisco, Huawei, Mikrotik routers, Wi-Fi routers, and Access Points (APs).
∎ Configure and optimize ONU and OLT for client-side connectivity.
∎ Perform structured cabling, port configuration, and connector termination.· Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems (cabling, DVR/NVR, cameras).
∎ Set up and support printers (online/offline), monitors, and client PC/laptops.
∎ Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve connectivity problems quickly.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate network diagrams and infrastructure documentation.
∎ Collaborate with the Admin, Security, and Service Delivery teams to ensure secure and efficient network operations.
∎ Support remote and on-site troubleshooting and client technical issues as needed.
