∎ MBA in Marketing/Masters from any reputed university with good academic record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sales, Collection and promotional activities as per company policy.
∎ Achieve company's goal through direct Sales.
∎ Response to the prospects and clients query.
∎ Meeting prospective buyers and clients and promote about projects.
∎ Looking for new customer hunting to lead generation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 - 4 years practical experience in leading apartment developers.
∎ Must have the ability and true track record of selling apartment in Gulshan, Baridhara and Banani area.
∎ Must have experience in commercial space and apartment selling.
∎ Strong Leadership & Communication skill.
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Management.
∎ Ability to work in a team and be able to work for achieving target.
∎ Should be self-driven & result oriented.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
