Responsibilities & Context:
Hunting potential buyers to generate and qualify leads for residential real estate properties.
Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their property needs, and schedule site visits or meetings with sales personnel.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objective
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, networking and industry events
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform sales strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.
