Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure Proper Quality Work for Internal Electrification as per DRAWING & Company Standards at different stage of Works.
Supervision & Monitoring of Sub-Station, Generator, Solar, Lift, Fire Pump, CCTV, PABX installation & commissioning.
Preparation of Estimated Budget by using Microsoft Excel Considering different Stage of works.
Preparation Electrical System Design like, Fixture layout plan, Conduit layout Plan, Single line Circuit Diagram of Up-coming & Running Projects and as Built Drawing of Handed Over Project by suing AutoCAD.
Prepare Electrical Point List for both Normal & Emergency Electrical by using MS Excel.
Preparation of contractor’s bill Ensure the quality of the used materials for electrical works.
Prepare modification cost, attend client complain, meeting with L/O client as per Customer care department Requirement.
And any other tasks assign by the Management.
