Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a weekly sales visit schedule to introduce committed numbers of new client/agent/tour operator and report to CM accordingly.
∎ Every month arrange a product presentation with new introduced agent and distribute promotional items i.e. leaflet/brochure/gift item.
∎ Liaising with Revenue & Yield Management/Pricing/HOS/HOC to ensure smooth operation and for proper flight mixing with max Yield.
∎ Collect and share market intelligence to take initiatives for UL products.
∎ Ensuring strong presence in social media (Face Book marketing), E- Marketing with our product & services.
∎ Coordinate with principal to update fares/frequencies/services compare with OAL practice.
∎ Analyze agent's revenue performance in line with given individual target.
∎ Maintain monthly/quarterly sales report for GSA/Principal on regular basis.
∎ Establish & Maintain business relationship with agents and customers.
∎ Disseminate product updates immediately to the travel agents.
∎ Ensure agent issues documents in accordance with our ticketing code of conduct
∎ Provide assistance to reduce GDS/Distribution cost.
∎ Cooperate with Finance/Airport team regarding Capping/Refund/Deportee issues.
∎ Coordinate with Airport team regarding any flight disruption & DNB situation.
∎ Other assigned work as and when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Well-groomed personnel with full of enthusiasm having excellent communication skill & aggressiveness to become successful sales professional is preferable by us.
∎ Excellent Oral & Written communication skill in English
∎ Good leadership quality
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
