∎ Srillakan Airlines (www.srilankan.com) is an ONLINE Carrier in Bangladesh and is involved both in Passenger and Cargo Operations through its GSA, Wings Spence Aviation Limited. Launched in 1979, Sri Lanka's National Carrier is an award winning airline with a solid reputation for service, comfort, safety, reliability, and punctuality. The airline's hub is at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, providing convenient connections to its global route network of 113 destinations in 51 countries. We are looking for one dedicated professional for the above position to our Town Office in Dhaka. The position requires providing efficient service towards the customers, agents and corporate while also supporting sales with reservation, group desk & ticketing functions as front line executive for the organization including:
∎ Must be familiar with GDS/ Amadeus System,
∎ Ensure customer & agent's satisfaction at Reservation & Ticketing counter, as well as performing tele sales to both.
∎ Make sure that customers are attended to properly, understanding their need, give them proper advise and solutions and ensure that reservation and ticketing activities are properly handled according to the need of customers.
∎ Smooth handling of holiday packages, and coordinate group requests in support of Sales team.
∎ Smooth handling of reservation services, such as PNR confirmations, CPS checks, BC meals, DNB passenger accommodation etc.
∎ Maintaining flight statistics and Sales reports (BSP/Counter) for GSA/Airline management to reach Revenue & Operational targets.
∎ Provide proper supports to Airport check-in staffs for any issues/queries regarding PNRs and tickets
∎ Other assigned work as and when assigned by the management.
