- Strong understanding of the Bangladeshi real estate market, particularly in Dhaka and Cox's Bazar.
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional experience and a proven sales record in the real estate sector.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Candidates with experience in selling hotel shares, luxury apartments, or land projects will be given high preference.
- Experience in a REHAB-member company is a plus.

We are looking for dynamic, highly-motivated, and target-driven sales professionals to join our corporate team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and a passion for marketing high-end properties to elite clientele.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for company projects (luxury apartments, hotel shares, and commercial spaces).
- Generate and qualify new leads through direct client communication, corporate networking, digital platforms, and cold calling.
- Present company projects professionally to potential clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate investors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and booking agreements.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of booking money, down payments, and installments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain all sales-related data and prepare regular reports for management.
