Educational Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) preferred.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering may also apply.

Graduates from other disciplines with strong sales and marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

Experience in Electrical, Power, Transformer, Substation, Industrial Equipment or Engineering Products will be given preference.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.

Additional Requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for business purposes.

Responsibilities & Context:

Aminferoza Engineering Ltd. is a leading ISO Certified manufacturer of Substation Equipment, Transformers, HT/LT Panels, ATS, MDB, DB and other electrical solutions in Bangladesh. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with government, semi-government and private sector clients.

  • Promote and market Substation Equipment, Transformers, HT/LT Panels, ATS, MDB, DB and related electrical products.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

  • Visit clients, consultants, contractors and industrial customers regularly.

  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals and follow up with clients.

  • Collect and analyze market information and competitor activities.

  • Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

  • Participate in tenders, project negotiations and business development activities.
